Reservation Policies

  • All reservation fees are nonrefundable unless Layla’s Bunnyville cancels your visit due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • You must prepay for your tickets, or your reservation will not be confirmed.

  • Children under 10 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian inside the petting zoo. The accompanying adult must also purchase a ticket to enter.

  • Please check in 5–10 minutes early for your reserved session. If you arrive late, your time cannot be extended or pushed back (for example, if your reservation is from 4:00–4:10 PM and you arrive at 4:02, your session will still end at 4:10) to ensure fairness for other reservations and walk-ins.

  • For questions about your reservation or assistance with rescheduling, please contact us at laylasbunnyville@gmail.com.

Age Restriction Policy

To help protect our animals and ensure a calm, safe environment for everyone:

  • Children under 10 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian inside the petting zoo. The accompanying adult must also purchase a ticket to enter.

  • Children under 10 years old are not allowed to hold or pick up the bunnies.

This policy helps prevent accidental harm to both young children and our bunnies, while maintaining a gentle and positive experience for all visitors. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

We want every guest—and every bunny—to have a safe, calm, and enjoyable visit. Please follow these guidelines while inside the bunny area:

  • Be gentle.

Bunnies have very delicate bones. Never pick them up unless a staff member gives permission. Do not lay them upside down on their backs.

  • Pet softly on their back or head only.

Avoid touching their face, ears, or feet, as that can frighten them.

  • Do not feed them snacks.

Our bunnies have special diets designed to keep their stomachs healthy.

  • No chasing or loud noises.

Bunnies startle easily. Move slowly and speak quietly so they feel comfortable.

  • Remember, bunnies have teeth.

They don’t mean to bite, but if they become scared, they might nibble to protect themselves.

  • If a bunny hops away, let them go.

It means they need a short break—just like we all do sometimes.

If we believe a guest is mistreating the bunnies or safety policies, we will remove them from the enclosure, no refunds.

  • No outside pets

Including but not limited to: dogs, cats, and bunnies. They may not enter the cafe or the petting zoo enclosure for the safety of the bunnies.
